Chatham Bay, a Key Biodiversity Area, serves as a community-managed model \u2018ridge to reef\u2019 pilot site for new tourism enterprises. El uso deficiente del suelo, la gesti\u00f3n ineficiente de residuos y el desarrollo insostenible se ven agravados por el cambio clim\u00e1tico. Un an\u00e1lisis innovador del cambio clim\u00e1tico nos permitir\u00e1 predecir y cartografiar los impactos biof\u00edsicos locales del cambio clim\u00e1tico y modelar los efectos de diferentes reg\u00edmenes de gesti\u00f3n de ecosistemas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Esto, junto con los datos socioecon\u00f3micos, servir\u00e1 de base para el desarrollo participativo de un plan tur\u00edstico viable, responsable y clim\u00e1ticamente inteligente. La Bah\u00eda de Chatham, un \u00c1rea Clave para la Biodiversidad, sirve como sitio piloto modelo &quot;de cresta a arrecife&quot; gestionado por la comunidad para nuevas empresas tur\u00edsticas.
