Al mitigar los impactos de las mareas de tempestad y los huracanes en zonas rurales de bajos ingresos, la intervenci\u00f3n de JELEM contribuir\u00e1 a perpetuar la protecci\u00f3n costera natural y al mantenimiento de la pesca mediante la mejora de la gesti\u00f3n local de los recursos naturales marinos. Centr\u00e1ndose en las entidades socioecol\u00f3gicas de los arrecifes de coral, los manglares y las comunidades pesqueras del \u00e1rea clave de biodiversidad de Corail, Pestel y Cayemites en el departamento de Grand Anse, el proyecto contribuir\u00e1 a mantener la prestaci\u00f3n y el uso viable de los servicios ecosist\u00e9micos esenciales.<\/p>\n<p><p>Basado en un enfoque integrado de restauraci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n del paisaje, el proyecto abarca la restauraci\u00f3n del paisaje marino y el desarrollo comunitario.
