SusGren seleccionar\u00e1 a cinco j\u00f3venes y realizar\u00e1 una evaluaci\u00f3n de necesidades para identificar \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas que requieren asistencia. Los emprendedores seleccionados participar\u00e1n en sesiones de capacitaci\u00f3n centradas en servicio al cliente, marketing y finanzas. Se les otorgar\u00e1n peque\u00f1as subvenciones, basadas en la evaluaci\u00f3n de necesidades, que les permitir\u00e1n adquirir los suministros y equipos necesarios para la expansi\u00f3n de sus negocios. SusGren documentar\u00e1 a cada beneficiario y crear\u00e1 una revista de marketing que muestre sus negocios. El proyecto culminar\u00e1 con una exposici\u00f3n en Union Island, donde los beneficiarios podr\u00e1n exhibir sus productos y servicios a la comunidad.
