Les investissements ont pour objectif de cr\u00e9er un environnement favorable \u00e0 la conservation et \u00e0 la restauration des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par des actions de sensibilisation, de renforcement des capacit\u00e9s et de gestion des connaissances aupr\u00e8s des communaut\u00e9s et des institutions.
