SusGren s\u00e9lectionnera cinq jeunes et r\u00e9alisera une \u00e9valuation de leurs besoins afin d&#039;identifier les domaines sp\u00e9cifiques n\u00e9cessitant une assistance. Les entrepreneurs s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s participeront \u00e0 des formations ax\u00e9es sur le service client, le marketing et la finance. De petites subventions seront octroy\u00e9es en fonction de cette \u00e9valuation, leur permettant d&#039;acqu\u00e9rir le mat\u00e9riel et les fournitures n\u00e9cessaires au d\u00e9veloppement de leur activit\u00e9. SusGren documentera le parcours de chaque b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire et cr\u00e9era un magazine marketing pr\u00e9sentant son entreprise. Le projet culminera avec une exposition \u00e0 Union Island, offrant aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires l&#039;opportunit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9senter leurs produits et services \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9. Les deux principaux objectifs du projet sont\u00a0: \u2013 Offrir aux jeunes d&#039;Union Island l&#039;opportunit\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper leurs comp\u00e9tences entrepreneuriales\u00a0; \u2013 Promouvoir des moyens de subsistance durables comme solution compl\u00e9mentaire au ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project aims to support young entrepreneurs on Union Island through various strategies.
