It provides targeted technical support and training to retailers, hospitality businesses, producers, and policymakers, while piloting two complementary interventions: a reusable food packaging system in the Dominican Republic and a strengthened waste-to-product recycling hub in Saint Lucia. Linked through shared materials, learning exchanges, and policy dialogue, the project creates feedback loops between innovation, end-of-life solutions, and national planning. Together, these efforts generate evidence, build local capacity, and lay the groundwork for coordinated national actions and a future Caribbean Circular Plastics Roadmap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
