Despite their intrinsic and economic value Saint Vincent and the Grenadines\u2019 ecosystems and protected area face significant ecological threats. To combat these, the SVGCF identifies and supports key management needs to protect and manage Saint Vincent and the Grenadines\u2019 biodiversity and natural resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Up to 31 December 2022, the SVGCF has financed 11 projects in areas related to Beach and Coral Reef Restoration; farmland soil regeneration using Vetiver Systems Technology; Biodiversity conservation education; and assessment of marine and coastal environment following La Soufriere Volcanic Eruption.
