With the Caribbean Sea facing critical threats from uncollected waste and plastics that endanger marine life, mangroves, and local livelihoods, this five-year initiative will award competitive grants to NGOs, public institutions, academia, community-based organizations, and private sector partners across nine targeted island nations.
