I, the undersigned, hereby grant the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund (CBF), its affiliates, partners, and representatives the irrevocable right and permission to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, and/or statements in any media format, including but not limited to video, audio recordings, photographs, and written or spoken testimonials (collectively referred to as “Media”).
I understand and agree that CBF may use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display the Media, in whole or in part, for educational, promotional, fundraising, reporting, or any other lawful purpose related to its mission. This includes but is not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, and other marketing materials, without any further compensation to me.
I waive any rights to inspect or approve the Media or its final use. I also release and discharge CBF, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the Media.
I understand that I can revoke this consent at any time by contacting the CBF at [email protected]. However, I understand that revocation will not affect any materials that have already been produced and distributed.
I affirm that I am over 18 years of age and have the right to contract in my own name. If the individual is a minor, I confirm that I am their parent/legal guardian and grant permission on their behalf.
