Grow Elkhorn coral in an offshore nursery; restore local reefs using nursery-grown coral; strengthen reef health and resilience.

Coral restoration activities were implemented, but a major coral bleaching event in late 2023 significantly affected progress. The project was extended by six months in response to these environmental impacts.
