This intervention will enhance resilience and promote community adaptation to the climate change risks of sea level rise and increasing frequency of storms by increasing governance capacities and community understanding of these risks, engaging communities in improved management and rehabilitation/restoration of targeted ecosystems, and implementing EbA options, such as mangrove restoration and alternative livelihoods development.
