This project strengthens ecological connectivity and community resilience in selected landscapes in Jamaica and Grenada through nature-based solutions. It links ecosystem restoration, climate-risk reduction, community preparedness, livelihood resilience, and participatory planning to improve the ability of vulnerable communities and connected ecosystems to withstand climate impacts.

  • Reduce climate and disaster risks using community-centered nature-based solutions
  • Strengthen community preparedness, participation, and resilient livelihoods
  • Improve coordination, knowledge sharing, and long-term management of restoration interventions
