CBF Grievance Mechanism

The CBF has established this portal to ensure that we can receive any complaints, grievances and concerns with regards to our activities or projects and facilitate their fair, just and transparent resolution.  

The mechanism is intended to enable anyone who feels that CBF’s projects/activities have failed to comply with the CBF’s Operation Policy, Environmental and Social Safeguards, its Gender Policy, its Environmental and Social and Management System or any other ethical or compliant matter.

Review

Receive and assess the grievance.

Process

Processing will include escalation where necessary.

Respond

Provide a response to the grievance submitted.

A response to your grievance will be sent within 10 business days.
