Leslie John Walling is a project manager and technical lead with experience managing development initiatives in the areas of coastal resource conservation and management, climate change adaptation planning, and disaster risk management. Many of the development initiatives in which Leslie has been involved have been cross-cutting and multi-disciplinary in nature. His experience in ocean and coastal resource management (OCZM) has included: contribution to the design and establishment of multi-use marine protected area systems, and guiding the review, analysis, and enhancement of OCZM policy and governance frameworks.
