Tracy Phillips is a certified monitoring & evaluation (M&E) professional with a background in environmental project management, and over 16 years’ experience working in sustainable development in the Caribbean region. She has worked with four international development agencies with primary focus on international best practices for programmes and projects in development cooperation. She holds a Masters in Natural Resource Management specializing in Coastal & Marine Resource Management.
