The Fondo MARENA is a public institution that is dedicated to managing and financing environmental projects that contribute to the sustainable development of the country, with a public-private approach and directing investment with agile, flexible mechanisms and a simple structure. As a National Conservation Trust Fund (NCTF), it is supported with funding from the CBF through its Endowment Fund.
