Angelica dedicated over 25 years to work in the environmental field, including teaching, research, capacity building and community-based initiatives in non-profits, academia, and multilateral development organizations. Since 2011 Angelica worked in the UNDP GEF Small Grants Program (SGP https://sgp.undp.org/ ) as Climate Change Advisor leading extensive SGP climate change portfolio focusing on supporting solutions led by civil society and communities. Since 2023 she is also serving as a Global Manager a.i. for the program, overseeing overall program implementation in 127 countries. Angelica holds a master’s degree in Pollution and Environmental Control from the University of Manchester, UK and a master’s degree in Biology and Biochemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. In her free time Angelica enjoys art, reading and spending time with her son, family and friends
