CBF, the Government of Grenada, OECS, and ProCaribe+ will host a high-level event aboard the Art Explorer to officially launch the Actioning Blue: Caribbean 30×30 Vision for the Ocean Political Declaration. The event will also unveil the regional Ocean Coordination Mechanism (OCM) — an unprecedented step toward aligning political will and coordination for ocean action across 18 countries and 9 regional and international institutions.
This moment marks a bold declaration of unity and ambition — putting the Caribbean at the forefront of global ocean leadership.
