Anisha Cephas

Technical Officer - GEF CHO IP TTO Project Lead

Anisha Cephas is a policy and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in the public sector, spanning social development, ICT, and water and wastewater governance. She most recently served as a Senior Planning Specialist and Water Sector Lead at the Ministry of Public Utilities in Trinidad and Tobago, where she provided strategic direction for the utilities sector and led the coordination and implementation of key national initiatives. Anisha has extensive experience working across multi-stakeholder environments, including serving as the National Focal Point for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) and contributing to donor-funded programmes such as the National Water Sector Transformation Programme and Development of the Climate Risk-Informed Water Resources Master Plan for Trinidad & Tobago. She holds a Master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management and Climate Governance and a Master of Science in Public Sector Management. She is passionate about advancing sustainable water management and strengthening institutional systems to deliver meaningful environmental and social outcomes.
