Hayden Billingy is the Technical Officer for the Ecosystem-based Adaptation Facility under the Climate Change program. Hayden has worked for multiple international multilateral and academic Organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP), the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, UNESCO, The World Bank, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), and the University of the West Indies. He has a BSc. in Forest Engineering and MSc. in Natural Resource and Environmental Management with a specialization in Applied Meteorology. He also received training from Florida International University in Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation and the United Nations University in Climate Change Diplomacy.
