Montserrat Acosta-Morel is an Operations Officer at the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group where she is applying her economics degree to climate change adaptation, climate risk management, and nature-based solutions. Her past experience has involved managing climate change projects for The Nature Conservancy and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the Caribbean region with a focus on ecosystem-based adaptation.
