Building Community Resilience and Ecosystem Based Adaptation to Climate Change in Selected Communities along the West Coast in Grenada

This project strengthened the resilience and management of the proposed Gouyave Marine Protected Area through community-led coral reef restoration, watershed rehabilitation, sustainable fisheries training, and institutional development. Local volunteers were trained in coral gardening and BioRock™ techniques, riparian assessments were completed across three watersheds, and the proposed MPA’s management arrangements and infrastructure were strengthened.
